Are your products really made in the USA?
That's an easy one - yes! All of them! We proudly manufacture our molds in-house in our production studio in Concord, Massachusetts. We also mix and package our fabulous treat mix in house as well. All of our produts are made to food safe standards and undergo thorough inspection. If you're looking for cheap quality, look elsewhere :)

Are your molds dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe?
Yes! Genuine silicone is non toxic and temperature resistant. You can safely bake in our molds up to 450F, run them through the dishwasher, or even microwave them if needed.
What makes May and Lou products safer than other pet products?
Our proprietary process ensures that all silicone molds are not only pet safe, but food safe as well. Unlike regular plastics, our material does not contain harmful chemicals and are BPA free.
Do you give discounts on bulk orders?
For bulk orders, please contact us directly and we'd be happy to assist.
How long do orders take?
Our production lead times are always changing, especially around the holidays, so please reference the timeframe provided at checkout for the most up to date information! Generally speaking, we fulfill most orders within 2 weeks.
Where do you ship? What does it cost?
We offer free shipping within the United States. Currently our products are only available in the United States, but we are working to add more countries soon!
How can I track my order progress?
If you need an update before your order ships, please contact email@example.com. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change your custom silicone product, please contact us immediately. We may not be able to accommodate any changes after we start production.
Can I cancel my order?
To ensure timely service, our team begins work within a few hours of order placement. If you need to cancel or change your order in any way, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org promptly. Once our team has begun producing your custom silicone product, we are unable to offer a full refund.

Can I return an order?
Our custom silicone products are highly personalized, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges. However, if you have a problem with your order, our customer care team is on standby at firstname.lastname@example.org to help make things right. View our full refund policy in the footer.
I haven't recieved my order, what do I do?
Shipping carriers sometimes face delays, so please be patient while your mold is in transit. If your order has been marked as delivered and still has not shown up two days later, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number for assistance.
